Helping with energy healing

As a person who applies energy healing, I have been fortunate to have been trained in a variety of techniques. These include Reiki, Pranic Healing, and crystal healing. The effects it can have on people are amazing as they generally look more relaxed and peaceful. Each of these modalities has its own unique benefits. I can also use these in conjunction with one another to create an individual holistic healing approach for my clients.

Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan. It involves me channeling healing energy into my client through the use of hand positions on or above the body. This energy helps to promote relaxation, reduce stress and pain, and improve their overall well-being.

Pranic Healing is another form of energy healing that involves working with the body’s energy field to remove energy blockages and promote healing with my clients. It works on the principle that our body has the ability to heal itself and that my role is to facilitate this process. Techniques I use in Pranic Healing include cleansing and energizing the energy field, as well as working with specific areas of the body, where it’s needed to promote healing for my clients.

Crystal healing is another form of energy healing that I use. The crystals and gemstones help promote healing and balance in the body. Each crystal has its own unique energy and can be used to target specific issues in my clients. For example, I can use Amethyst crystals to promote tranquility and spiritual awareness, while Citrine can be used to increase their energy and motivation.

In my practice, I often use a combination of these techniques to create a personalized healing experience for my clients. I believe that by working with the body’s energy field, we can address the root cause of an issue and promote lasting healing and well-being.
