Going further with crystal pendulums
When using a crystal pendulum for divination or to gain insight or guidance, it is advisable to ask questions that require only a Yes or No response. Don’t make it a three-part question as the pendulum answers only one at a time and you will confuse yourself as well.
The pendulum can be held over a piece of paper with Yes or No written on it. Or the way I prefer is to use the swing of the pendulum to give you a Yes or No answer. When a question is asked the pendulum will then respond with a specific movement or pattern that can be interpreted to indicate the answer to the question.
The moving of the pendulum can be interpreted as follows. First ask a question you know the answer to, such as am I on the moon? The pendulum should give you a no answer. Next, ask it a yes question that you know the answer to such as your name. It should swing in the opposite direction. Check the swing by this method every time you take the pendulum out to use it. There are a number of ways a pendulum can swing for you, depending on the crystal and you, as everyone is unique.
A swinging motion back and forth towards you and opposite is side to side in front of you.
A swinging motion in a circular motion clockwise or anti-clockwise the opposite.
No movement or very little movement indicates “not sure” or “ask a clearer question”
It’s important to find the way that works best for you and to be consistent in your interpretation of the pendulum’s movements. Always check a yes or no direction first before asking a question as different crystal pendulums may give different results.
It’s also important to remember that the pendulum is just a tool, and the true power comes from your own intuition and connection with the divine. The pendulum is only as accurate as the person using it. It’s important to be clear and focused when asking questions and to trust your intuition when interpreting the pendulum’s movements.
Before using your pendulum, you should cleanse and charge the crystal, and program it with your intention, this way you are sure that the energy coming from the pendulum is not mixed and is only coming from you.
