The power of numerology for spiritual growth and learning

In this article, I discuss how as a soul in spirit we all choose a lifepath to follow before we arrive on planet earth. From a spiritual perspective, before we are born into physical bodies, we choose the life experiences and lessons we want to learn in our upcoming incarnation. This process is known as pre-birth planning or soul contract. We all do it and often we set ourselves up for hard experiences to learn lessons from. When we realise this it is often easier to work through issues without placing blame on others for our problems.

The soul contract is a blueprint that outlines the challenges, opportunities, and relationships we will encounter in our lifetime. It is a collaborative effort between our soul, our guides, and other beings of light who assist in the planning process. The purpose of the soul contract is to help us evolve and grow spiritually. Remember, as a soul we are eternal. Our soul may choose to experience difficult situations such as poverty, illness, or abuse in order to learn important lessons such as compassion, forgiveness, and perseverance. We may also choose to have relationships with certain people who will challenge us or help us grow in specific ways.

Soul contract

The soul contract is not set in stone, and we have free will to change our course at any time throughout our life. However, the lessons and experiences that our soul contracted for will continue to present until we have learnt the lessons. It is important to note that we choose life experiences out of love and a desire for spiritual growth, not from punishment or judgment. Our soul is always guided and supported by our team of spiritual helpers, including angels, guides, and loved ones who have passed on.

Numerology

Numerology is one way we can get an indication of our soul’s choices that we have made for growth in this lifetime. Numerology is based on the premise that each number has unique energy or quality about it. Our date of birth can help us gain insight into ourselves and our life path. Each number has a specific meaning and can be used to decode the patterns and themes of our lives.

In numerology, the most important number is the Life Path Number. This number is calculated using the whole date of birth and reveals the path that the soul has chosen for this lifetime. The Life Path Number can help us understand our strengths, weaknesses, and the lessons we are here to learn.

For example, someone with a Life Path Number of 1 is a natural leader, independent, and determined. They are here to learn how to stand on their own two feet and create their own path in life. On the other hand, someone with a Life Path Number of 7 is a seeker of truth and wisdom, with a deep spiritual and intuitive nature. They are here to learn about the mysteries of life and connect with the divine.

Life path

The Life Path Number is also influenced by other numbers in the birth chart. These numbers can reveal more about our personality traits, desires, and talents.

Numerology can also be used to understand the cycles and patterns of our lives. For example, the Personal Year Number is calculated using the current year and the individual’s birth date and reveals the energy and themes for that particular year. This can help us understand the opportunities and challenges that we will encounter, and how to make the most of them.
